Here is highlight from DreamHack Winter 2011 which features Sergey "starix" Ishchuk from Natus Vincere in their match against the Swedes from fnatic.
The highlight begins with Ishchuk pushing up the kitty ramp where he gets three entry kills on the site. After reloading his AK-47 he continues to clear out the site where he gets a fourth and nearly a fifth.
